Woman Rise magazine was founded by YVONNE AKEBA. A singer/ songwriter/ Spoken Word Poet. Teacher, Creative entrepreneur and Medicine Woman. She brings together a circle of women, with the ethos of when women support each other amazing things happen. Primarily based in the United Kingdom, they have worldwide connections.

Spirituality, Health & Fitness, Travel, Fashion,
Music and Poetry.
Contributions to the magazine come through these various sources and connections. We aim to bring you some fresh perspectives and stories of the average individual doing amazing things.
